3、供应商应按上述要求提供相关材料及注册登记信息，所提供的材料应均是真实的、准确的，若有违背，供应商自行承担由此而产生的一切后果。<spanlang=en-us></spanlang=en-us>

（二）获取招标文件，完成项目参与
